More wide-open land-based shooting and driving from Techland, meant to continue the story of the Chrome universe. Unfortunately, in April 2010, development of the game was halted in favour of other games Techland were working on, like Call of Juarez: The Cartel, and Dead Island.
The game again takes place in distant future where humanity colonized other planets. Thanks to technology death can be avoided by creating a "virtual back-up copy" of the consciousness. Main hero of the game was killed but thanks to that new technology is brought to life and is given a choice, either work for mysterious corporation or get "deleted" from the data banks and face nothingness.
