Overview

Car Park Capital is a comedic 2D isometric urban planning and business management game developed by Hilkojj and published digitally by MicroProse for the PC (Platform) and Linux (Platform) on October 9, 2026 (as an Early Access title).

A parody of tycoon games (primarily Chris Sawyer's Transport Tycoon (Game) and RollerCoaster Tycoon (Franchise) series, both of which the earlier MicroProse has previously published), as well as a tongue-in-cheek satire on the push for car dependency, Car Park Capital tasks players with following the orders of "Big Auto" as they take a walkable urban city and transform it by building parking lots, parking garages, gas stations, drive-thru restaurants, suburban neighborhoods, and other car-based amenities (even if it means destroying urban neighborhoods, public transit, and the environment to do so), all while profiting to acquire more land and buildings and using propaganda to make the citizens more dependent on owning and driving cars (even if it means using the police to quell unrest).
