Big Twin is an adult themed puzzle game developed and published by Playmark for Arcades.
Gameplay
Starting the First Stage
In Big Twin colored balls fall from the top of the play field. Players control a cursor that can grab the colored balls and move them around the play field. When the button is released the colored ball will fall down in a straight line to the bottom.
Once three or more colored balls are stacked on one another they will disappear from the screen. While players are trying to match the colored balls there is a second side to the screen that is full of blocks. At set intervals a row of the blocks will disappear, slowly revealing an image of a nude woman.
