Overview
Badlands was released for the Amiga, Atari ST (Platform), C64, Amstrad CPC (Platform) and ZX Spectrum (Platform) in 1990 by Atari Games (Company). Similar to the Super Sprint (Game) games, the players compete on small race courses from the top-downperspective. The setting however is a post-apocalyptic world and this concept is continued by introducing weapons which can slow down other cars. Furthermore, the game includes an upgrade shop feature, where you can buy and upgrade your engine, weapons and turbo booster. The game features 8 race tracks with four cars competing in each race. The game also supports a two-player mode.
