Nintendo broadcasted this modified version of Super Mario Collection (Super Mario All Stars in US) for the Satellaview.

Overview

BS Super Mario Collection was a four-week broadcast of modified versions of the Super Mario All-Stars remakes of Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros. 2 (The Lost Levels), and Super Mario Bros. 3. Super Mario USA (2) was excluded since a remake of it was its own broadcast. The broadcasts featured live commentary from voice actors portraying Mario (Character) and Toad (Character), as well as idol Nae Yūki. The games' normal music was replaced by tunes from Super Mario World (Game) as well as the album Super Mario Bros. 1, 2, 3, Hop! Step! Jump! and licensed music unrelated to the series. Other additions and differences include unique overworld map screens similar to the ones in SMB 3 used for SMB1 and 2, as well as "Nae's House" map locations (marked by a Fire Flower (Object)) that allow the player to achieve Fiery Mario form upon exiting a stage, but at the cost of being excluded from score rankings. Players can also encounter a Treasure Ship after completing all of the levels in a world.

Dai-3-Shū (January 11 - 17, 1998) - Consisted of worlds 4-6 of Super Mario Bros. 3.
Dai-3-Shū (January 18 - 24, 1998) - Consisted of the first 4 worlds of Super Mario Bros. 2.
