Overview

Atelier Rorona Plus is a remake of the 2010 PS3 game. Despite being on the same system again (and also on Vita) it has improved the graphics of the game to the standards of Atelier Totori and Atelier Meruru, specifically the Atelier Meruru Plus remake from which this game borrowed many of its improvements. The gameplay has been updated and includes a new combat system that uses MP and not just HP for all spells. The main attraction of the Atelier games, the alchemy, has been changed as well to be more like the later games in the series. Along with these updates the game now includes more dungeons, alternative costumes as well as the ability to decorate the player's shop and a basic gardening mini-game. If the player owns Totori Plus and Meruru Plus they can import the save files into the Vita version to get more outfits. The same goes for the PS3 version but with slightly different outfits and the games that it imports from are instead Atelier Ayesha and Atelier Escha andamp;amp;amp; Logy. This title offers cross-save but is not cross-buy.
