Aqua Rush is an aquatic rising-block puzzle game developed and released by Namco (Company) for arcades (using their PS1-based System 12 hardware) in Japan in 1999.

In Aqua Rush, players attempt to clear full lines (similar to Tetris (Franchise)) in a 9×25 playfield by manipulating three-column pieces that float upward. The game is unique as the pieces are manipulated not only by moving it left-and-right, but by expanding each of the three columns forward (using the three game buttons, one for each column). Once a line is clear, all blocks below them float upward, potentially cascading into a combo (or "rush").

The main game is played in stages, with three difficulty levels, and players are ranked and graded based on how fast they complete each stage. The game also includes versus multiplayer, where garbage rows descend on each player based on the performance of the other. There is also a hidden endless mode.
