Story

Set in an alternative world where magic exist and modded into modern technology in the future. Twenty years ago, in the third World War, the world reduces three billion lifeforms and countries from United States, Soviet Union, Great Asian Alliance and Japan were shifted for political reasons. The magical government people of Japan has founded Ten Master Clans for protection against terrorism to protect their economy. The Japanese government treated some limits of magicians to nine magical schools and specialized them, in order to bring peace to their country.
