Colossal Kaiju Combat! is a fighting game series starring giant monsters, from former developers of the Godzilla fighting games (Destroy All Monsters Melee/Save the Earth/Unleashed)

Kaiju Combat began life as an attempted crossover game between hundreds of different kaiju characters from various media. When the first Kickstarter failed to reach its goal, this model was retooled. The current plan is to release a free game featuring characters from Kaijuland (Game), followed by a full game with original kaiju, and to release special editions on different licenses as they become available. Confirmed as additional guest characters in a future game are Solomon (Character) and Red, characters from the popular online horror story "NES Godzilla Creepypasta", about a demonic cartridge of "Godzilla: Monster of Monsters". Due to a bizarre trademark dispute with Wizards of the Coast in early 2013, the company was forced to change the brand to "Colossal Kaiju Combat", but cannot use that name to sell any of their products.
