Most foes break the window with their own body like a battering ram, but if the foe has intelligence, they may use a heavy object or shot first. Sometimes they don't reach inside entirely, but only try to grab the hero or throw something dangerous inside. In a fantasy setting, the enemy can jump out of the window pane itself, for example, materializing in a pattern of colored stained glass. Window parts between rooms are also taken into account, such as transom windows and observation windows, such as those found in an interrogation room. Showcases, ceiling glazing, armored transparent walls between rooms, glazed doors.
