Spirocs are a race of parrot-like people in the EverQuest franchise.

Habitats  

Spirocs can be found in Norrath almost exclusively on a particular island in the Timorous Deep.  

Spirocs also exist within the Plane of Sky, the realm of Veeshan (Character).  Led by The Spiroc Lord, they protect the fifth isle of the plane by attacking anyone on sight.  The spiroc vanquishers here carry noise makers, which are used as keys to get to the sixth isle.
