Slime Monster

CONCEPT

A blob consisting of some icky substance, the slime monster is one of the most used RPG monster clichés besides rats.

Minecraft

Slimes in Minecraft (Game) can spawn in any light level, unlike other mobs, but only in some sections of the map and near bedrock. When killed they drop slime balls, which are used as an ingredient in alchemy and to make sticky pistons.

Dragon Quest

The Slimes (common weak enemies in the game) became so popular that appeared in spin-offs and different kinds of merchandise.
