==Overview == This Silent Hill (Game) creature is what the Air Screamer (Concept) transforms into when the world shifts to "The Otherworld". Their heads and wings resemble those of a pterodactyl, but their faces are covered in a mass of writhing worms. In this version, though, rather than having pterodactyl bodies, they take the form of that of a human.
