CONCEPT

Usually found in adventure games, when players combine two or more items to create one or more new items.

Overview

Item combination in certain games can be a crucial part of the gameplay or simply giving useful stuff only obtainable by combining various objects. This exists mainly in adventure games where of course the assembly / combination of the said items is supposedly simple. In most games the combination follows the logic to make the combination easy to guess and the items easy to find. Some other games simply allows the building of weapons or traps by doing so like combining a wine bottle with sleeping pills to make the potential enemies grabbing the bottle fall asleep once they drunk the bottle.
