Kissing for health in Bully
In Bully, health can be regenerated by kissing girls at Bullworth Academy. You must first win the girl's heart however, by giving gifts or flowers, and dressing in a manner associated with the girl's faction. Once the girl has been sufficiently impressed, kissing her will result in a full restoration of health.
Grand Theft Auto 3
In GTA3, you can pick up prostitutes for bonus health beyond the maximum health of your character. Pull up to a prostitute in a car and honk you horn. She will stroll over to your car and get in the passenger side. Drive her to a sufficiently secluded spot and the car will start rocking. After several seconds, she will get out (with some of your money) and your health will increase.
