==Overview == This Silent Hill 2 (Game) monster acts as a boss fight as well. It appears suspended from the ceiling within a cage and attacks by strangling the player with its lower members. James encounters these monsters when Laura locks him inside a room in the Brookhaven Hospital (Location).
