The hookshot method
Like Morpha (Character), Flare Dancers have a solid core that must be isolated and attacked. This can be done with the hookshot, the Megaton Hammer, or bombs. Once the core is removed, the fiery limbs disappear while the core sprouts legs and runs around the room.
