Drone

CONCEPT

The Drone is an enemy unit found in the XCOM series. They are fragile support units whose main function is to repair Cyberdisks and Sectopods, though they do posses mild offensive capability.

Overview

Drones were introduced in XCOM: Enemy Unknown, and went on to appear in The Bureau: XCOM Declassified.

XCOM: Enemy Unknown

Aside from repairing Cyberdisks or Sectopods, the Drone can be "captured" and put to work healing your squad, or can be used a disposable scout. However, capturing them requires an upgrade to the Arc Thrower from the Foundry.
