The Dawn Engine is based on a heavily modified version of IO Interactive (Company)'s internally developed Glacier 2 Engine, used for Hitman: Absolution (Game). Dawn Engine will be used in the development of future Deus Ex (Franchise) games from Eidos Montréal.
