RTL Playtainment is a sub-division of RTL Games, and is based in Germany. RTL Games itself is actually a company formed by RTL, who are a German media company. The 'Playtainment' brand is used for tie-in products with television shows, for example. RTL Playtainment was responsible for the handling of Crash Time III outside of Germany. Their logo can be seen when booting the game or the demo up on a PAL console with a Xbox Dashboard setting that is not German.
