Offset Software is a defunct studio known for their "Offset Engine" used in their unreleased game Project Offset.

Offset Software never managed to ship a game. They built a new game engine, the Offset Engine, to be used for their game Project Offset (Game). On February 20, 2008, it was announced that Offset Software had been acquired by Intel. On July 1, 2010, it was made publicly known that the studio was shut down. Since then, the founders have created a new studio called Fractiv.
