Mangled Eye Studios was an indie developer founded by ex-Ritual Entertainment employee Thearrel McKinney Jr. in 2008. They released the horror themed FPS Dark Salvation (Game) in 2009, and after that started work on the futuristic FPS Metal Savior. As resources spread thin they put up the project on Kickstarter to get the necessary funds to finish development, but as the campaign failed to gain momentum the studio ceased operations in June 2012.
