GCE (General Consumer Electronics) licensed and distributed the Vectrex (Platform) home console, as well as developed and published games for it. GCE was acquired by Milton Bradley in 1983. Following its release in 1982, the Vectrex (Platform) quickly vanished from the face of the gaming world in 1984. GCE's most succesful port for the Vectrex (Platform) was legendaryATARI game Berzerk (Game).

Mine Storm (Game)
Mine Storm is an Asteroids-style space shooter that was built into the Vectrex hardware.
Star Trek: The Motion Picture (Game)
A space shooter for the Vectrex released in 1982 and loosely based on the famous film. Players had to find and destroy all enemy ships in a sector (either Romulans or Klingons) in order to advance to the next one. Shields and firepower were limited, although they could be restocked when docking at a starbase.
Players also faced a Klingon Mothership that fired both Romulan and Klingon weapons.
Mine Storm 2 (Game)
The original version of Mine Storm would crash on level 13 (although a second version would end on level 89). This was a bug-free version that was issued at no charge for people who wrote in and complained to GCE, making it one of the most rare Vectrex cartridges nowadays.
