Darkling Room formerly XXv Productions (Company) is one of the major developer/publishing houses involved in the Dark Fall franchise. The company published a third release of Dark Fall: The Journal. The title was originally released independently by XXv productions but was republished shortly by The Adventure Company. It then returned to XXv (now Darkling Room) where it was published again as part of the Pins & Needles collection. Darkling also republished Dark Fall: Lights Out as well as developing it. Lights out is the second game in the franchise that was previously published by The Adventure Company for XXv. But again returned the franchise to Darkling upon its founding. The third installment of the Dark Fall franchise Dark Fall: Lost Souls was developed by Darkling. However this title was published by Iceberg Interactive for Darkling.

The Last Crown: Midnight Horror (Game)
The second game in the Last Crown series. Developed by the Jonathan Boakes led development studio, The Darkling Room. The game was developed on the predicate that it would be a bridging game, providing a short experience within the established fiction of the first game, and serving as a distraction until the sequel, Blackenrock, is released.
