A powerful sorceror at the Academy in Elysion. He carries out the Chairman's orders to kidnap Irina Sykes.

Wagram is a sinister mage working with the Academy in Elysion to research Remnants. He wears a white robe and carries a fan that he uses in many of his spells. One of Wagram's signature skills is the creation of a portal rimmed with ice that he uses to escape dangerous situations.
A dangerous foe
The sorceror is closely involved in the illicit Remnant research taking place at the Academy and has a close relation with Wilfred Heremeien, the chairman of the organization. He serves directly under the chairman is placed in direct control of the kidnapping of Irina Sykes. Wagram uses the threat of his Academy connections to intimidate David Nassau when the Marquis, along with Rush Sykes, first try to resuce Irina, and his arrogance lends him a great confidence in their other encounters.
