Rosso first appeared in Street Fighter EX2, the second game in the 3D spinoff series. Like the other fighters who were created solely for this series, he has not seen action outside of the Street Fighter EX games. As the name "Vulcano" suggests, Rosso can imbue his attacks with fire.
