Vin Moltor is the last surviving member of a once wealthy family in Qeynos. He has lost almost everything to alcoholism and now resides in the sewers beneath the city.

Overview

Alcoholism runs in the Moltor family unfortunately. Vin has lost almost all of his worldly possessions due to it. All he has left is a severed paw that he claims is magical, although it is missing the rings that make it valuable. He will trade it for three bottles of khalish and a rat meat pie. Those without a sense of pity or morality could just kill him to take the paw if they so choose.
