A FBI agent and part of the Hostage Rescue Team prior to Solid Snake's landing at Lobito Island. Her squad wiped out, she assists Solid Snake in Metal Gear Acid. She vows revenge for her father's killer, which ends up being La Clown.

Teliko appears in MGS: Portable Ops as a hidden character. To recruit her, the player must have Metal Gear Acid save data after completing Portable Ops, restarting a new game, and saving the game at the first chance to. Alternatively, the player can also type "T.F-ACID" (NA version) or "SHINE!" (PAL version) on the password screen. To confirm her appearance, a message should appear saying "Alien Sighting?"
