Introduction
Ted may look like a young boy but he has actually spent over 150 years on the Fog Ship as a thrall of the Fog Guide. He is the bearer of another true and powerful rune, the Soul Eater. In combat this True Rune can drain the life of its enemies and restores the rune bearer. In Suikoden IV, Lazlo asked Ted to join his crew when he defeated Ted's master, the Fog Guide. Ted would rather to be left alone and dropped off on some island but he acknowledges the debt he owes Lalzo for freelng him and remain in Lazlo's crew.
