Overview
The Split Head is the boss fought in the basement of the Otherworld (Concept) Midwich Elementary school in Silent Hill (Location). This is a giant monster whose head is split vertically down the middle, and it is manifested from a fairy tale Alessa heard and read of as a young child. Harry Mason (Character) also recalls reading the exact same story himself, also when he was a child.
Trivia
