Sid Burn is an Australian terrorist who was hired by the oil company OMAR to destroy America's economy. Sid led the Coyotes' attacks against the military and the Vigilantes. He was eventually defeated by John Torque, who left Sid in his trunk accidentally, suffocating and killing the terrorist.
