Ryoko is a character from the Tenchi Muyo! anime series and many of its various spin-offs. Her identity and origin shift with each version, but throughout, she remains a humanoid alien with above average abilities including, but not limited to, energy conversion, flight, intangibility, and limb regeneration. Her most detailed origin comes from her first appearance, Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki (OVA), a creation of the scientist Washu Hakubi she was made by using Washu's own egg cells and a life form known as mass (or masu). Later in life she had become a space pirate under the influence of Kagato, a power mad scientist which led to her eventually being sealed away on Earth in a rural Japanese mountain, leading to the events of the first Tenchi Muyo! series. Regardless of the series, she is always a pirate and always promiscuous.
