Risukuma is a character from the Puyo Puyo series, debuting in Puyo Puyo 7. The anthropomorphic bear is a scientist, though some of his experiments go horribly wrong.

Risukuma is a student of the same school that protagonist Ringo Andou (Character) is enrolled in. An experiment gone wrong caused him to become obsessed with finding love; during Puyo matches, he exclaims "I love you" in different languages while attacking. In 20th Anniversary, another of his experiments caused the cast of Puyo Puyo 7 to be warped to the Puyo Puyo Fever universe.
