Overview
Ripa 'Moramee is the main antagonist in the sci-fi RTS Halo Wars (Game). He is ruthless and vicious unlike Thel 'Vadam from the main games and is the second Arbiter to appear in-game. He is a hero unit for the Covenant in skirmish and online mode. He is notable for wielding dual plasma swords and has a special ability known as Rage which vastly enhances his usual abilities, allowing him to single-handedly devastate enemy armies. His special in-game unit is the Suicide Grunt. 'Moramee is voiced by Canadian voice actor David Soblov.
