Reiuji is the Stage 6 boss of Touhou 11 - Subterranean Animism. She a raven and a regulator of flames in the former Hell of Blazing Fires.

Utsuho is a hell raven who was granted power over nuclear reactions by the goddess Kanako. This drove her temporarily insane and set about the events of Touhou 11 - Subterranean Animism. Despite the events of TH 11, Utsuho is a kind-hearted girl who is a devoted pet of Satori Komeiji (Character). She works closely with Rin in the former Hell of Blazing Fires to regulate its heat output.

- Utsuho is known by her fan nickname 'Okuu'.
- Her right arm is a control rod known as her 'third leg'. Her left foot is encased in concrete and represents the 'elephant's foot' that contains the nuclear leak in Chernobyl.
