Overview
Reed Tobson is the outpost administrator for the town of Edgewater. He works for Spacer's Choice. Reed Tobson had orders from Spacer's Choice to produce Edgewaters products, which mostly consists of their cannery, as cheap as possible. Due to this Reed decided to add harmful chemicals to the Saltuna. Because of these chemicals, the town was hit by a plague, causing many residents to become sick.
