Formerly an experimental subject known only as AK-A-3, raised in a lab by scientists working for Doctor Primitive. The girl took an interest in a manga series that one scientist kept at the lab, called Cosmic Ninjutsu Inscriptions, eventually imagining herself to be like a character from the manga and learning ninja arts from a man she called Master Kucha. Under the inspiration of "Kucha," she decided to take on the name Rappa. When another researcher called for her to be scrapped, "Kucha" helped her escape and leaked the lab's location to the Galaxy Rangers, who later found her in the wreckage of the lab. On that day, she decided to follow the Path of the Hunt and become a Galaxy Ranger, fully immersing herself in her Dazzling Ninja identity as Rappa.
