A successful businessman, owner of his own company (Phoenix International Corporation), Drake poses as a humanitarian, aiming to reduce industrial contamination, when in reality, he actually plans to use nuclear weaponry to dominate the world. In order to achieve this, Drake hijacks a space station from where he can fire his rockets. He is killed by James Bond (Character) in the game's conclusion.
