A member of the Rito tribe who acts as a postman for the population of the Great Sea. Helps Link at various points in the game.

Quill is a member of the Rito (Concept) tribe, and serves as a postman. He's first seen delivering mail to Link's house on Outset Island (Location) at the beginning of the game, and steps in to convince Tetra to allow Link (Character) to ride her ship to the Forsaken Fortress (Location). Later in the game, he helps Link meet the Rito Chieftain (Character) at Dragon Roost Island (Location), gives Link the Delivery Bag, points Link in Jabun (Character)'s direction at Greatfish Isle (Location), and rescues Link from Ganondorf at the Forsaken Fortress.
