Queen Rutela was the queen of the Zora (Concept) and wife to King Zora (Character) in Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. She also has a son, Prince Ralis (Character). Zant (Character) had murdered her during his path of tyranny across Hyrule (Location), but Queen Rutela's spirit reached out to Link (Character) to ask for his aid to save her people. She led Link to the graveyard of Kakariko Village where he found the Zora Armor. This special armor allows Link to breathe and swim well underwater, and with this, Link could enter Lakebed Temple in Lake Hylia.
