Professor Monkey for a Head is an evil scientist who created the super suit for Queen Slug for a Butt. He has a monkey that shares the same head as him, earning him his name.

Origin
Creator of the Ultra-high-tech-indestructible-super-space-cyber-suit that was intended to be used by Queen Slug for a butt but which Psy-crow lost. He could of simply built another one if it was not for the monkey on his head though, who ended up eating his plans. He is found in the first game in his lab (level 5) where he is consistently trying to destroy Jim and get his suit back, he also created the mechanical chicken which Jim has to face.
