Dr. Raymond Keyes, once a Professor of Nuclear Physics at Stanford University, underwent a drastic change during an industrial accident which gave him the power to produce and control anti-matter. With his new powers Dr. Keyes created a suit which allowed him to direct the anti-matter into powerful blasts which he uses to fight crime. Under the name "Positron", Dr. Keyes combats crime with his fellow heroes of the Freedom Phalanx.
