A T-Doll working for the Commander, later takes on the name Groza and becomes a main protagonist of Girls Frontline 2.

Girls' Frontline

OTs-14 was a minor character in the original Girls' Frontline. Though she makes a few appearances in the main story with other Neo-Soviet Dolls, she does not get a lot of importance in the story. In gameplay, OTs-14 was a super-rare, 5-star AR T-Doll. She could buff all SMG Dolls in a vertical row in front of her in the Echelon. Compared to other AR Dolls, OTs-14 had some of the highest EVA stats.

Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium

Despite having a minor role in the original game, Groza has become the literal poster child for the sequel, with her face on the main icon on various online storefronts for GFL2. It's unknown what happened to OTs-14 in the years between the setting of the first and second game, but the Commander found her body badly wounded but still alive in a ruined building. The Commander then transferred OTs-14's neural cloud into a new Doll's body, but even though OTs-14 still survived, her memories of everything that happened before then went missing. OTs-14 decided to take on the name Groza, and stay with the Commander to learn the truth about her own past, soon becoming the Commander's trusted adjutant and field team leader. In gameplay, Groza is one of the first units the Commander owns for free, using her same-named rifle in combat. Her skills allow her to build Stability for herself and nearby allies, and she can use a short-barreled grenade launcher to blow up a 3x3 grid worth of enemies, dealing fire damage.

Trivia

The OTs-14 "Groza" was a bullpup assault rifle developed for CQB operations by the Russian Federation in the mid to late 1990s, and saw some use in conflicts with Chechnya. However, the weapon soon fell out of favor after costs and design issues were worse when compared to similar rifles and it is now barely seen outside of some Russian police armories and gun collections.
