Nisa is a character in the PS3 title Hyperdimension Neptunia (Game). She appears in the game as the personification of Japanese game developer and publisher Nippon Ichi Software. Her character design contains elements taken from popular characters in the Disgaea (Franchise) franchise; notably, Laharl's scarf and blue hair, and the wings of a Prinny (Concept). Keeper of Justice, she is the self proclaimed heroine who appears in a time of crisis at Gamindustri. Nisa subsequently appeared in Disgaea 4: A Promise Unforgotten as a downloadable character. She also appears in Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2 (Game).
