Nagumo Tsuyoshi
Nagumo is the Lieutenant of the Hirose Family of Onomichi, initially serving as a minor antagonist but eventually becomes a close ally of Kiryu.

Overview
Nagumo is second in command of the small-time Hirose Clan of Onomichi. He's rather short tempered and easy to provoke, instantly taking a dislike to Kiryu due to how close he is getting with Kyomi Kasahara (Character). Kiryu eventually earns his respect when he saves him from a couple of high ranking Yakuza.
