Elizabeth Hoover is one of recurring characters from The Simpsons. Miss Hoover is the counterpart of Bart's Teacher Edna Krabappel and her boss is Principal Seymour Skinner and she is a currently single woman living in her own house that she became Apu's Bachelor date with some single and desperate women. She was first mentioned by Lisa as it's her birthday in episode Bart the General and her first real appearance in episode: Brush with Greatness.
