Metal Man <span id="dtx-highlighting-item">was</span> one of Wily's original robots in Mega Man 2 (Game). Based off of Cut Man (Character), he uses <span id="dtx-highlighting-item">the</span> Metal-Blade, which is a quick-moving saw that blazes across <span id="dtx-highlighting-item">the</span> screen. When Mega Man gets <span id="dtx-highlighting-item">the</span> weapon, <span id="dtx-highlighting-item">the</span> blade works <span id="dtx-highlighting-item">the</span> same, but can also be shot in eight directions depending on which direction is being held at <span id="dtx-highlighting-item">the</span> time of firing. His boss strategy consists of moving <span id="dtx-highlighting-item">the</span> floor and of firing Metal-Blades. He is also in Mega Man 3 in form of a Doc Robot like all <span id="dtx-highlighting-item">the</span> o<span id="dtx-highlighting-item">the</span>r Robot Masters were in that <span id="dtx-highlighting-item">game</span>. Ironically, he is weak to his own weapon, which will take him out in just two hits.
