Overview
The Mehanist, whose real name is Isabel Cruz, is a robotics expert with vast knowledge in electrical engineering and computer programming. After seeing her settlement become plagued by raiders, she vowed to use her technical prowess for the betterment of the Commonwealth. After finding a pre-War robotics factory for the military, she began building a robot army to "pacify" areas of civilians by killing all raiders and other hostile groups.
