McMurphy was the squad leader for the Great Khans that was sent by Benny to retrieve the Courier's package. McMurphy is found dead by The Courier (Character) in the Great Khans (Concept) headquarters in Boulder City (Location). After McMurphys death, Jessup (Character) takes over control of the squad. McMurphy made an appearance in the Fallout graphic novel titled All Roads.
