Mary Fulton is the thirty-nine-year-old senior surgical assistant at Hope Hospital (Location) in the opening chapters of Trauma Center: Under the Knife and its remake, Trauma Center: Second Opinion. She mentors the young doctor Derek Stiles (Character) through his first surgeries. However, she leaves Hope Hospital behind for a new position when her husband receives a job transfer that requires them to move. Before she leaves, she introduces Derek to his new assistant, Nurse Angie Thompson (Character).
